OmschrijvingThe unique Carmyne's journals are inspired by a 19th century clothbook by the British firm Ferdinand Poche. The covers of our journals are made from cloth that we found in this 150-year-old book. We had them photographed and arranged for printing. The material on the journals feels a bit like cloth, to make the sensation complete! Isn't it wonderful that such old designs have come to life again and are now yours to admire and use?
On the inside you will the fantastic TomoeRiver paper - a Japanese paper of exceptional substance. The paper does not bleed, even though it is only 68grams. It is extremely pleasant to write on with a fountain pen; your pen will glide across the paper like no other paper does. It gives a very special experience. Once you write on TomoeRiver paper, you will never want to write on another kind of paper again! Also, there is no other paper that makes fountain pen ink show all of it's shades so well as this paper does. The paper is made in one factory in Japan, and the recipe is secret...
The journals have 288 pages with dots, have an A5 format, and are hardback bound. They have an elastic band and a ribbon.
Ideal for anyone who likes to write notes on paper, keeps a journal, likes to draw or paint.
